Half of the London dry style gin in each bottle has been aged in virgin oak casks for 10 years before being finished for a further 10 in ex whisky barrels. This deep golden coloured gin has now been matured similarly to the way we would age a whisky and taken on many of its classic characteristics. Whilst it now has a depth of oak flavour from the long maturation, the addition of the newer gin, the other 50%, lightens this and provides the dominant juniper taste that characterises the spirit.

This first batch is in 50cl barrel bottles at 50%vol and produced a limited run of 1994 bottles.
