Don Jose Rum, hailing from Panama, boasts a rich gold hue and a potent 60.3% ABV. On the nose, it offers a delightful blend of deep oakiness, vanilla, oily walnuts, and hints of caramel toffee and vanilla ice cream. The palate is a complex and beautifully rounded experience, while the finish is medium to long, leaving a medium length aftertaste. With a little water to reduce the strength and open this rum up, it is exceptionally smooth and agreeable.
